Revels
A community theater nestled in a Silver Spring neighborhood, we assisted this musical troupe in finding a new home transforming a dilapidated retail site into a vibrant, busy destination. We added a mezzanine for a music library, sound attenuated for an acoustically rich rehearsal space, and expanded the building footprint to increase set and costume storage and office space.

WRC NBC Universal
Working over a decade in this Washington DC broadcast facility, we've planned, designed and renovated much of the beloved building. We've designed the local WRC newsroom, Control Rooms, data centers, studios and public areas - working to update the 1958 building and infrastructure for this dynamic company.

Leesburg, Virginia
Broadcast Studio
We transformed a tilt-up warehouse into a 2-story studio, control room, edit suites and offices. We led the design and construction team from project inception through completion; and followed this project with a Florida studio for the same host.

The Lighthouse
Located in NE Washington, DC, this destination building is a 24/7 critical care facility for victims of violence, and by day, an active community center. We transformed a telecommunications site, expanded with a light tower- working closely with many agencies to meet their specific needs.

A Wider Circle is a non-profit in the DC metro area that assists families on a journey out of poverty. In their 30,000SF facility, 10-15 families a day come to the facility to select beds, couches and furnishings. Individuals come to get services to assist in stable employment and financial stability, including career counseling and professional clothing. Volunteers and Wider employees number 300 some days- accepting donated furnishings, cleaning and assisting clients. Clover worked with Donohoe Construction and Wider Circle over a 2 year renovation, leading to a streamlined workflow and connected workplace and greatly improved client experience.

IFC HQ Studio
Within the headquarters of the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, we designed this studio space for the IFC's broadcasting use. We took excess office space and designed two sets for them to shoot from, utilizing a textured wall element and collaborating to fabricate custom LED lit news desks.

Retina Group of Washington Leesburg Location
Retina Group of Washington's (an affiliate of Prism Vision Group) location in Leesburg, Virginia - a relocation and expansion of their existing practice, we took an empty suite and created a space suited for this retina and ophthalmological practice to thrive. Just one of out many project for RGW and PVG in the DMV area as well as Pennsylvania and New Jersey so far.
